What will I be doing? The Analyst, Digital Product Innovation will assist in optimizing the user experience across Hilton's digital products by providing critical customer and market insights that drive greater conversion, revenue, and loyalty. The primary responsibilities include reviewing and investigating customer feedback submitted through voice-of-customer channels in order to understand user needs and frustrations, and presenting findings and recommendations to leadership. The Analyst will also help conduct and present competitive and market analysis that supports strategic decision making. Other key priorities are listed below: * Review daily user feedback received through voice-of-customer channels and categorize as appropriate in order to identify and track feedback trends over time * Investigate website issues reported through user feedback, and escalate to the appropriate product and technical teams * Identify, summarize, and recommend user experience enhancements across digital platforms based on research and user feedback * Provide weekly/monthly reporting on customer feedback and trends, as well as other ad-hoc reporting * Manage ongoing implementation and maintenance needs of voice-of-customer tools * Leverage web analytics tools to estimate the impact of reported issues, and assist Product teams with prioritization of development queue * Evaluate opportunities and threats from current and future competitors, partners, and technologies * Monitor major trends and actions by competitors including M&A, major investments, partnerships, product and service launches/updates, and strategy shifts * Organize research findings into actionable conclusions and recommendations.
