Purpose of Role

This position reports to the Director of Outbound Operations and is responsible for performing order management for scheduled orders each day to ensure all customer requirements and deadlines are met. The Workflow Analyst must communicate in a professional manner with Customer Service Representatives, Operations and Management staff relating to Workflow activities.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Workflow Operations to

Analyze orders and allocate according to priorities and customer expectations
Provide support to Retail Sales channels and Customer Service
Ensure processing according to required schedule via wave tracking
Plan wave strategy and coordinate waving processes
Manage inventory based on allocation of orders
Research and resolve open waves and shortages
Completes other duties as assigned.


The accomplished individual will possess

High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
2 or more years of Consumer Service, Order Management or related Warehouse Operations/Planning experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
Must be extremely detail oriented, able to handle changing priorities, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Strong decision making, organizational and follow-up skills necessary.
Strong computer skills including intermediate Excel and Word skills
Ability to manage team functions with little or no direct supervision
