JOB DUTIES:

Working under the direction of the Application Manager (AM), the Application Analyst (AA) functions as the primary build expert to configure, build & install the Beaker application. The AA will perform in depth and precise investigation and documentation of future- state operational specifications and application functionality. The AA must have achieved in-depth knowledge of the software application as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application. The AA develops and documents internal procedures, collects information and prepares specifications of system enhancements, analyzes functionality in new releases and tests each new release. The AA also assists in the development of user training aids and may train end users in workflow and use of the application. AA functions as the primary contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users during training, go-live and stabilization periods. AA will perform other duties as assigned by the AM.



JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Certification in Beaker CP with hands-on build experience in the Beaker modules.
- Previous experience with IT Lab systems or operational procedures in the lab setting
- Demonstrated ability to influence and shape consensus, leading group discussions and delivering presentations to clinical and business operations leaders across the organization
- Must recognize problems, evaluate and refer appropriately
- High functioning team skills, including active listening, rapport building, effective written &
verbal communication, receiving and delegating work assignments
