JOB DESCRIPTIONDescription: Enterprise Identity Architects are involved in all stages of the Identity integration development lifecycle and are comfortable using presentations, email, phone and internal social media to connect with staff and contractors across multiple departments.
We are looking for a team player that can create manage and coordinate Identity management integrations from an enterprise view and manage projects for identity management. An architect who is confident enough to lead product demonstrations and educate (everyone from developers to application product managers to C-level executives) identity management and security technology. Architects empathize with the engineering teams and quickly discern their true technical needs by asking detailed and clarifying questions and presenting identity solutions that target those needs
Engineer and impliment Identity managment integration solutions.
Understand internal customer requirements and communicate the business value of solving technology problems using Identity managment technologies Execute the delivery odf solutions, collaborating with other MHE engineering teams as needed Create technical content for supporting how to implement and run specific engineering solutions.
Prepare demos and proof of concepts to demonstrate use cases for the Identity management platform. Communicate the needs and product feedback to Vendors doing business with the company.
A passion to learn, solution and educate others on engineering problems.
An ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic, ideally on the fly at a whiteboard.
An understanding of core security concerns within a typical application (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, XSRF) Understanding of Active Directory and LDAP Familiarity or experience with Okta preferred but not required Confident dispensing knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a comparable field is preferred.
