Responsibilities:The primary role of the Director Copy & Print Depot (CDP) Sales is to manage the day to day activities of sales and customer service to drive profitable revenue growth across all Office Depot Selling Channels. This includes providing leadership and direction to the cross-channel CPD sales team, achievement of business plan objectives for BSD and NAR regions (including both quantitative and human resource goals), supporting and acting as a liaison for CPD in all aspects of cross-channel coordination. This position provides directional leadership for all aspects of field-based roll-outs and new products and services. As well, the Director CPD Sales functions as a field-based bridge for all CPD merchandising and marketing campaigns. This position is ultimately responsible for owning top-line performance for CPD in their respective field locations. Qualifications:This position requires a bachelors degree as well as 7-10 years of experience in sales management, including at least two years in a Multi-unit or Regional Sales Management position, preferably in a complex business-to-consumer and business-to-business service-orientated environment; or demonstration of skills and learning through an internal development program and selection process.
