* Defining strategies to increase sales and customer utilization of Calix Software and Cloud solutions
* Expanding the global cloud and software solutions team to reach our growing customer base and new prospects
* Establish strong ties with the product team providing marketing and customer insights as we expand our cloud and software products to deliver the best ROI to our customers,
* Develop senior level relationships within key accounts
* Providing feedback to Calix development teams on market conditions and requirements.
* Lead a high performance team in a dynamic, high growth environment
* Creating sustainable business value by helping customers evolve their networks, services and subscriber experience
* Candidates must have a strong selling background, which includes a minimum of 7 years in sales of Cloud/Software solutions
* Prospects require a sound track record of continuous customer success and results.
* Candidates must be competitive, cooperative, collaborative and work well with customers both internal and external.
* In depth understanding of Broadband Service providers
* Four-year college degree
