Odyssey Systems is proud to be the prime contractor providing support to the Air Force Armament Directorate and the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Strategic Weapons Acquisition Division (NDB), both located on Eglin Air Force Base, in Northwest Florida. Our team develops, tests, fields and sustains the Air Force s preeminent family of air launched weapons and ammunition.

This job is located at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK within the B-52 System Program Office, part of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center s Fighter-Bomber Directorate. The position directly supports the AFNWC/NDB team responsible for development of the Long Range Standoff Cruise Missile (LRSO CM) to replace the existing Air-Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM). This position is the day-to-day liaison between the LRSO program, Tinker AFB entities, and future LRSO prime contractors


The successful candidate will assist our customer in the planning and execution of the LRSO CM development and its integration onto the B-52 aircraft. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in Program Integration and Execution Management to assist the LRSO Program Managers in meeting guidance in Federal Acquisition Regulations, DoD 5000.02, and other applicable documents, regulations, systems and guides. The successful candidate will have program experience in a government system program office and demonstrated knowledge of the DOD acquisition and contracting processes. The successful candidate will also have experience managing the work performed in the following areas:

* Evaluating and defining system and subsystem interfaces, including aircraft, pylon and ground support equipment.

* Integration of weapons and carriage systems/pylons into aircraft and/or platform Operational Flight Program (OFP) software.

* Management of the development, updates, and assessment of mission planning systems such as the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS).

* Aircraft integration activities such as Interface Control Working Groups (ICWG), Platform-to-Store Interface Control Documents (PS-ICD), interface management groups, aircraft integration meetings, and aircraft Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL) test activities.

* Airworthiness certification activities, to include: flight clearances, participation in airborne testing, and development of documentation to support airworthiness certification.


* BS or MS + 15 years relevant experience

* Able to work effectively on their own or as part of a team

* U.S. Citizen

* Able to work flexible and varied hours

* Current Secret security clearance with a periodic review within 5 1/2 years; Top Secret clearance with a PR within 5 1/2 years is highly desired

* Able to rent/operate rental cars
