The Marketing Communications department has an opening for an Art Director. This position will partner with the creative team to develop and execute effective marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
-Creative Development
-Creative Leadership
-Account Management
-Develop/Manage staff

-Associates or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design related field
-3+ years experience in design, advertising or marketing communications with a portfolio demonstrating design experience in 2D and 3D.
-Superior skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Solid skills in MS Word and Outlook. Basic skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
-Experience in photography planning and execution.
-Superb critical thinking, marketing knowledge, excellent visual aesthetic, ability to integrate visual and verbal assets, strong communication and presentation skills

Strong candidates will also possess:
-Experience in a multi-channel company
-Experience with a leading brand in a competitive category
