We are hiring an Assembler Associate II for our Houston, TX facility.
Job duties:
* Support the Houston Customer Solution Center C300 cabinet testing & software loading.
* Driving the C300 team in exceptional performance in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
* Maintaining high quality workmanship standards and performing these duties within the scheduled time constraints.
* Ensure quality work is being done and act as the focal point for the C300 assembly/test team.
* This position directly supports the C300 Team Leader, Supervisor and Honeywell team members in areas of technical knowledge, material availability and workmanship standards.
* Must be able to work within Honeywell Operating System (HOS) organization design and quality procedures.
* Support a broad application of Lean and Six Sigma tools against a construct of standard work, rapid problem solving, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
* Willing to work in large teams or individually as a self-starter.
Basic Qualifications:
* High school or GED.
* 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Additional Qualifications:
* Basic computer skills.
* Ability to read basic schematics.
* Quality assurance experience is a plus.
* Ability to work overtime when needed.
