Assembler/Manufacturing Team Member

Superior Technical Resources, Inc. is seeking Manufacturing Team Members at customer in Raynham, MA. These positions are contract-to-direct. Direct placement depends upon successfull completion of 90-day evaulation period.

Manufacturing Team Member

Performs a variety of assembly and inspection operations following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.
Adheres to customer’s core beliefs and all safety and quality requirements
Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per process specification.
Assembles component parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automatic machine operation.
Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications.
Completes required documentation.
May package assemblies for shipment.
Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, product resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Expands skill base through on the job training, cross training, and classroom instruction.
Performs other functions as required.

2nd Shift: 3:30 p.m. to midnight Pay Rate: $11.00 plus 2nd shift differential. Rate will be $11.65/hr.

Required Skills / Qualifications:


1 year assembly/machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
1 year experience with reading, and following work instructions in English.
6 months experience with recognizing defects in workmanship.
High school diploma or GED required.
