JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Adecco is currently recruiting for Assemblers to work in Milford, NH. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented individuals who have 1-3 years of Assembly experience.
We have 1st shift and 2nd shift positions available!
1st shift: 6AM to 3:15PM
2nd shift: 3PM to 11PM
MUST have a copy of High School Diploma or GED and a copy of a paystub or w2 from past employer.
Under specific instruction, assembles individual electronic, electrical and mechanical components as required from the specific engineering bill of material to produce sub-assemblies and final motor assemblies.
Responsible for producing specific quantities and maintaining required quality standards.
Utilizes manual hydraulic, air presses, and electric presses, balancing machine, magnet charger, oscilloscope, encoder testers, soldering equipment, desoldering equipment, digital volt meter and other test equipment.
Operate motor run-in equipment.
Prepares individual lead wires and assemblies.
Form leads, terminals and lead wire assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Assemble encoders, brakes, pulleys, lead assemblies to finished motors. Solders individual electrical and electronic components into sub-assemblies, after assemblies and final assemblies.
Position requires the use of light hand assembly tools.
Solder lead assemblies, connectors, capacitor and filter networks to final motor assemblies.
Press sleeves, spacers, and/or cores into shafts.
Press ball bearings on to brush armature shaft and/or brushless rotor.
Check end-play and shaft extension.
Final test and pack motors for shipment.
Position requires the use calibrated measuring equipment such as, but not limited to, the following; calipers, plug gauges, drop indicators, force gauges, torque measuring screwdrivers, oscilloscope, dial gauges, torque wrenches, micrometers, and specially designed manufactured measuring equipment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year experience working in assembly.
- Ability to interpret and understand engineering prints and specifications.
- Math skills
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
