Assembly/Pack/Ship Specialist

Position Summary:
Third Shift Position - Perform assigned duties with
minimal direction. Confer with Assembly/Pack/Ship Lead,
Supervisor, and/or Operations Manager as necessary to
successfully complete tasks. Responsible for accuracy
and quality of own work. Adhere to all safety and
quality requirements. May be required to work in other
areas based on production needs.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for all the following tasks in addition to
all Assembly/Pack/Ship, labor grade 2, tasks:
* Perform Cincom transactions, such as locating
components, transfers, customer order related
inquires, etc.
* Set-up and operate all machines and presses in the
LV cell and Segmented cell.
* Set-up, pull parts, and stock the LV cell and
Segmented cell with required components, fixtures,
packaging material, etc.
* Locate and utilize all specifications relating to a
bearing assembly (i.e. etch pattern, packaging
instructions, etc.) for the LV cell and Segmented
cell.
* Setup ultrasonic welder.
* Operate material handling equipment including fork
truck and highlift.
* Continuously lift, carry, and/or push/pull fixtures,
components, bearings, etc. in excessof 40 lbs.
* Responsible for quality of all parts produced.
* Required to maintain housekeeping of machines and
work area and to do other miscellaneous duties as
assigned by Supervisor, Cell Leader and Operations
Manager.
* Adhere to all Standard Work Instructions
* Meet all production standards.
* Ability to get along with others.
