Adecco is currently assisting a reputable Northern Colorado property management firm in their search to fill an Asset Property Management role in their Loveland office. This is a Direct Hire role. This available position is with a well-respected property management firm with offices currently in Ft. Collins, Loveland, and Longmont. The primary function of the Asset Manager will be to assist in all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital, and operations of assigned portfolios. In this role you will be responsible for the direct management of assigned investment residential/commercial properties while meeting financial objectives. Maximize ROI for each assigned asset through analysis of property efficiency and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Work with investors to prepare property operating and capital budgets.
Manage cash flow, distribution analysis and investment projections to budget.
Manage vendors to ensure all projects are executed on time and within budget
Manage all capital improvement projects from bid to completion.
Manage owner relationships to create 'raving fans'.
Provide cap rate analysis to owners.

Job Experience:

Experience necessary:
Bachelor's Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, and/or real estate (or equivalent years of experience)
Experience in commercial real estate analysis, asset management and/or property management
Active Colorado Real Estate License
Working knowledge of Appfolio
Ability to work with financial concepts and perform financial analysis including ROI, NOI, and Cap Rate analysis
