Assistant/Associate Professor Social Work
Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit:
The mission of the Department of Social Work in the College of Arts & Sciences at Fayetteville State University (FSU) is to prepare competent social work professionals at undergraduate and graduate levels, promote lifelong learning and enhance the well-being of individuals, children and families residing in rural, urban and military communities throughout North Carolina, the nation and the world. Primary Purpose of the Position:
The successful candidate will primarily teach courses in the children and family services concentration and will primarily teach in the MSW Program. The faculty member will engage in teaching, scholarship, field liaison work, student advisement, university, and community service. Faculty members may be required to teach some undergraduate social work course.
