The Assistant Banquet Manager assists the Banquet Manager with overseeing the staff, operations, and service of the banquets department. This position hires, manages, and assesses staff; develops and reviews budgets. Maintains profitability through use of cost controls; maintains inventory and supervises events as needed.
Prefer 2-3 years of banquets dining experience.
Prefer previous supervisory/management experience and skills.
Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
