Responsibility encompasses profitability, Team Member relations and guest relations. Responsibilities Directly supervises all Beverage personnel and operations during assigned shifts. Ensures all activities and job duties are performed according to established company and departmental policies, procedures and goals. Properly schedules employees in accordance with customer volumes. Resolves guest claims or other disputes between employees in a fair and patient manner. Seeks ways in which to reduce departmental operating costs without affecting the quality of beverage or service. Keeps the Beverage Manager informed of all pertinent information and irregularities occurring in the Beverage Department. Makes sure prompt, courteous service is consistently provided to all guests and that employees conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Interacts effectively with all other departments. Additional related duties as requested by the Beverage Manager.
