JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Assistant Clinical Operations Manager Duties:
Manages daily clinical operations in designated areas within a medical center under the direction of the MCM or COM. The Clinical Operations Supervisor is directly responsible for the clinical teams and services within a designated area and works closely with providers and managers to assure the delivery of clinical, ancillary, and business services in the medical center in a way that meets or exceeds standards while providing an excellent patient experience across all services. Minimum Education Requirements
Associates Degree Nursing
Bachelors Degree Nursing
Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Intermediate Ability to mentor, develop and engage staff, monitor performance standards, deliver results, and hold staff accountable. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to prioritize and effectively anticipate and respond to issues as they arise. Effective communication, collaboration and change management skills.
Basic or limited Knowledge of regulatory requirements, managed care, health care delivery systems and nursing practice. Financial management skills.
Minimum Experience Requirements
1 year Experience as a charge nurse, lead, or supervisor in a clinical environment managing the day-to-day work flow and performance of others, identifying and meeting customer requirements, and working effectively with medical staff.
1 year Outpatient operations experience as a nurse.
2 years Experience as a charge nurse, lead, or supervisor in a clinical environment managing the day-to-day work flow and performance of others, identifying and meeting customer requirements, and working effectively with medical staff.
3 years Increasingly responsible outpatient operations experience as a nurse.
Minimum License/Certifications Requirements
At time of hire Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
