br Represents ARAMARK Parks and Destinations and the Philadelphia Zoo with diligence and commitment while managing concessions services, including food service stands, warehouse activities, catering events and front line team members.

br 1. Assists on all levels of management with emphasis on concessions and warehouse activities
br 2. Supervises the receiving and storing of material, equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
br 3. Inspects incoming deliveries for correctness and quality based off of the Product Order. Rejects any undesirable items.
br 4. Directs the planning and assignment of work, achieving the most efficient use of personnel and equipment.
br 5. Plans and coordinates the transfer of materials from the warehouse, utilizing Prima to produce transfer slips and track all inventory movement.
br 6. Monitors the warehouse, and the inventory held within, at all times to ensure security and upkeep.
br 7. Responsible for ordering from site vendors and maintaining proper inventory levels
br 8. Places POs into the Prima system daily and maintains a PO binder for communication with the warehouse team.
br 9. Arranges daily spot checks and special inventories of the warehouse and reconciles Prima inventories with physical counts.
br 10. Ensures that FIFO practices are being followed throughout the account
br 11. Assists with the distribution, keying and review of all stand paper work, including stand sheets, safety and sanitation sheets, SafeSTEP Audits, opening and closing checklists, etc.
br 12. Develops and recommends improvements in current warehouse and concessions practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.
