Job Description
The Assistant Controller will manage a staff of 3 in the Accounting & Finance Function for the� parent company and subsidiaries. This includes:
-� The month and year-end close
-� Preparation of Financial Statements
-Consolidated Financial Statements
-Cash & Asset Management and Internal Financial Controls
-Responsible for Intercompany reconciliations and high level reconciliations of parent company
-Year end work papers, Financial Statement disclosures, and tax schedules
-Point of contact for external auditors

� 5 years of private/public Accounting Experience required

� Must have accounting degree, CPA or public experience.�

� Exposure to Real Estate and financing transactions helpful.�

� Must be proficient in Excel

Ability to work independently as well as in a team
