Assistant Controller

A well-known retail company is seeking an Assistant Controller to add to the Finance group. Responsibilities will be managing the accounting group, quarter and year end reporting and research, compiling information for tax filing and audits, and additional projects and reporting as assigned by VP Controller. The ideal candidate will possess their CPA, have SEC reporting exposure, and a total of 6+ years experience including some Management and Public accounting in Big 4 or Tier 2 firm. This position will be an intrigal part of future growth and upcoming IPO. There is also upward mobility within the company and a healthy benefit plan!
