Lead the preparation and project management of the Company s SEC filing including 8-Ks, 10-Q s, 10-K s and annual reports.
Supervise the reporting team and assistants.
Coordinate with external auditors during the quarterly review process and annual audit.
Provide technical accounting research and consultation to management and global controllers group on significant, complex and non-routine transactions.
Perform technical GAAP / SEC research and prepare position papers.
Assist with the adoption of new accounting pronouncements and develop / update related policy and procedures as new.
Assist in monitoring emerging GAAP and evaluate impact on the Company.
Coordinate and provide training as required to PACCAR locations.
Various projects and special analysis as assigned.


SKILLS REQUIRED: Outstanding communication skills are mandatory, combined with strong attention to detail, analytical and technical accounting skills.
Ability to influence and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills required to successfully manage multiple priorities/projects for on-time delivery.

.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting. Minimum 8+ years relevant work experience. CPA Certification. Strong working knowledge of SEC rules and regulations. Strong PC skills.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

MBA/MS preferred. Big 4 public accounting experience and/or external reporting experience in a publicly traded company highly preferred. SAP or other top tier consolidation software experience preferred
