Job Description

br Charlotte Hotel is currently seeking an experienced
br hospitality professional to join our leadership team as
br our Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
br
br Responsibilities Include:
br
br *Maintains standards of cleanliness and a consistent
br guest experience as documented by Medallia and ability
br to execute all Omni Hotels facility standards and
br guidelines.
br *To ensure a smooth, efficient, and economic operation
br in the Housekeeping department. To specify and purchase
br supplies, and record all data pertaining to the
br Housekeeping department.
br *To maintain a highly motivated and trained staff that
br continually strives for excellence in service and
br cleanliness.
br *Constantly monitor and control all labor cost for
br Housekeeping department, achieving targeted payroll.
br *To maintain Housekeeping turnover at an acceptable
br level.
br *To maintain close coordination, communication, and
br interaction with front office, to ensure rooms are
br available for sale, and with Engineering to ensure guest
br room and all public areas are at peak operative levels.
br *Close coordination and communication with other
br internal departments.
br *Monitor all guest requests to ensure they are met
br within the prescribed time limits.
br *Inspect and tour all public areas several times daily,
br ensuring that they are clean, inviting, and project a
br 4-Diamond4-Star quality.
br *Provide support to the Director of Housekeeping in all
br areas of Housekeeping Operations.
br *Be actively engaged with our guests and all hotel
br associates
br *Encourage staff to create unique, personalized WOW
br moments at every opportunity
