Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the distribution and packaging of product, warehouse operations, by performing the following duties through subordinates. Ensures customer satisfaction and company profitability through the efficient and timely delivery of customer orders this includes carrier selection, route planning and consolidation and delivery of orders.
* Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedite work flows.
* Oversees both distribution and packing departments to ensure timely delivery of customer s orders.
* Assigns duties and examines work for exactness and neatness. Conduct meetings with employee s and supervisors.
* Prepares or directs preparation of correspondence, reports, and operations, maintenance, and safety manuals associated with the operation of the plant.
* Maintains time and production records of employee s.
* Coaches and develops supervisors on company policies and compliance with quality assurance, GMP s, safety and other company programs and procedures.
* Analyses and resolves work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems.
* Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
* Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
* Initiates or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
* Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop department or work crew.
* Handle the day to day operations in compliance with the labor CBA; resolves workers grievances or submits unsettled grievances to Human Resource department for action.
* Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
* Works to maintain and improve on the quality, legality and safety of each product and the processes used in their manufacture.
* Performs activities of workers supervised.

Managing People - Directly supervises up to 100+ employees in the Warehouse and Logistics Departments. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education/Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
