Atrium Hospitality seeks a well-rounded and experienced individual to serve as Assistant Executive Housekeeper for a hotel property located in a growing area of the Albuquerque, New Mexico. Major areas of responsibility are as follows: Directly assists in the operations for the Housekeeping and Laundry departments. Provides hands-on leadership to ensure the highest level of cleanliness throughout the hotel and quality service experiences for guests. Facilitates positive and effective communications with employees, guests and hotel management. Assists in setting the daily priorities for staff and supervisors. May assist with the HR-related functions for the department, such as recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management and employee relations. Ensures that company procedures and brand standards are followed.
