Assists General Manager in all operational duties of the hotel. Responsible to achieve financial goals, implement sales and marketing strategies, ensure consistent high level customer service, staffing and staff training and perform an array of administrative functions. Must demonstrate pride and enthusiasm for the hotel, manage with a high level of professionalism and demonstrate self-initiative and organizational skills. Must show confidence and good judgment in the decision making process. Support and cultivate an atmosphere and culture of friendly, personalized service. The primary focus of responsibilities will be oriented toward front office management, back office functions and customer service.
