We currently are seeking to add an Assistant General Manager to our exceptional management team and are seeking a pro-active individual for our Bellingham, Washington location. Job Description: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel with the guidance and direction of the General Manager. S/he is responsible for overall guest satisfaction and employee relations of the hotel. The Assistant General Manager will provide exceptional caring and genuine guest service at all times and upholds the Oxford Hotel Group standards and culture. Day to day responsibilities include scheduling, motivating, assigning activities, training, and policy and procedure assessment. Acts as a floating department manager as needed. This position will be responsible to assist the General Manager, with all duties and hiring of employees of the hotel and other duties as needed.
