The Big Fish restaurant located in Dearborn, MI (Detroit market) is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join their team!!
Assistant General Manager Duties: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for insuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training and development of hourly and management staff, having a positive and committed Do Whatever It Takes attitude. Must have a hands onlead by example management style. Responsible for scheduling and meeting or beating budgeted labor and other cost centers.
