Seeking an enthusiastic hands on Assistant General Manager with solid experience in all facets of operations and with excellent knowledge of standards and procedures. Must have solid F&B experience. The direct function of this position is to work in conjunction with the General Manager to meet the daily needs of the hotel, including, but not limited to, staffing, forecasting, controlling and supervising. Responsible for successfully executing operations in various departments including, but not limited to, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Front Office while providing outstanding customer service. Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of each department. Ensures that hotel standards and procedures are being followed. Leads team by example while meeting or exceeding property goals. Acts as Manager On Duty as needed and providing assistance to front desk operations.
