JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY The Loan Company of San Diego, a private real estate investment fund seeks a full-time, assistant loan administrator. Responsible for monitoring all insurance on properties secured by loans, archiving documents, creating loan payoff demands, notarizing documents, Loan Company Partner coordination and other miscellaneous loan servicing responsibilities. The right person that shows potential will have options in the future for advancement as the company grows.
Candidates should have a college degree or be close to graduation with an emphasis in business/finance or accounting. Candidate attributes will include a person that is quick to point out the contributions of others and slow to seek attention for their own. They share credit, emphasize team over self and define success collectively rather than individually. They are self-motivated and diligent and constantly thinking about the next step and the next opportunity. The candidate is interpersonally appropriate and aware. They have good judgment and intuition around the subtleties of group dynamics and realize the impact of their words and actions.
This full-time position runs through the end of year, with an option of renewal pending review. Work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Salary Position. Compensation negotiable based on experience.
