Assistant Manager Brief Job Description Develop and maintain quality standards to achieve outstanding member experience. Greet members and directly oversee daily dining operations (both à la carte and banquets). Lead food and beverage service team. Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and develop quality service staff. Hands-on supervision. On the floor during meal service. Lead by example. Enforce policies & procedures. Plan and execute member events and private parties. Work collaboratively and directly with Executive Chef for the benefit of Club members and their guests. Maintain and update menus and wine list as necessary.
