Capital City Club is an exclusive, private membership club with 3 locations in the Atlanta area. We currently have an opening for an Assistant Pastry Chef at our City Club, located in the heart of downtown. This position will work directly with our talented Pastry Chef and Executive Chef. We are looking for an individual that would like to expand their knowledge of pastry cooking include breads, ice cream, dinner plate ups, banquet displays and other quality pastry items. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current trends and presentations of desserts, cakes, pies, pastries etc. We are one of the oldest private clubs in the southeast, but our members expect new and creative dishes each time they dine with us.
