JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Our client is currently searching for a highly qualified Administrative Assistant that has the following exposure. Great Pay $60,000K
' Obtain necessary bids for multi-family and residential
' Pre-construction due diligence, assist in all necessary documents to obtain construction loan for multi-family and residential
' Pre-construction review plans and conditions assure all approvals are in place
' Generate list of task that will be required during pre-construction to finish
' Obtain bids to generate budget for funding
' Manage all documents related to Title and BRE
' Coordinate with GC all utilities required for new construction
' Assist site on superintendent on scheduling inspections, obtaining approvals and subcontractors.
' Process final map with civil engineer and obtain necessary condition clearances set by the city
' Expedite permits when needed for each project with different cities
' Obtain all necessary wrap insurance and third party policies, as well manage throughout all enrollments and assure policies are being enforced
' Manage along with Developer and GC multi-family improvements from pre-construction to finish schedule and budget
' Review progress billing and process monthly budget draws for bank funded projects
' Monitor construction budget from start to finish
' Participate in regularly scheduled construction status meetings with de tailed and accurate information
' Execute and manage all subcontracts, review insurances, contractor license and assure all are active
' Enroll subcontractors to OCIP wrap insurance policy and assure each sub meets minimum limits
