The Loews Don CeSar Hotel is seeking an Assistant restaurant manager to join our team. The Assitant restaurant manager will work closely with all hotel departments, but particularly with the Food & Beverage Department to ensure we provide a diligent yet charismatic first impression as we greet and sit all guests to ensure a quality dining experience. Supervise the employees in the shift operations and aid in the administration of the Restaurant to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. ORGANIZATIONAL SCOPE: Position is responsible for operations in a shift in the Restaurant. Recommends procedural changes. Aids in the administration of the Restaurant. Monitors shift revenues.
