Job Description:The Associate Director, Marketing (AD) is a member of the Sandoz Biopharmaceuticals US Commercial team and is responsible for marketing activities that will maximize the net sales and market share for Omnitrope® (somatropin [rDNA origin] for injection).
The AD will contribute to the development of the overall US business plan for Omnitrope, with specific responsibility for the development and execution of the Omnitrope US annual marketing plan. The Associate Director, Marketing reports to the Senior Director, Marketing for Sandoz Biopharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities
* Analyze the growth hormone market, identify opportunities for brand growth and threats
* Work cross-functionally with team members to develop and execute innovative strategies and tactics that drive brand growth with important customers and stakeholders (healthcare providers, payers, and patients)
* Ensure development and consistent communication of differentiating and compelling brand messaging
* Manage multiple external partners and agencies to ensure successful execution
* Manage the Omnitrope tactical program budget, including evaluation and ROI assessments of programs
* Contribute to the development and successful execution of the brand life cycle management plan
* Ensure appropriate commercial product supply through cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain management
* Monitor tactical execution and commercial brand performance, and make recommendations for plan adjustments
