Description RESPONSIBILITIES
* Travel to meet customers and become key contact to customer in Operating Room settings
* Conduct evaluations in open markets where safety opportunities exist
* Prepare report on sales activities
* Solicits orders for products over the telephone
* Call customers in open markets to let them know who they call for support
* Cold Call free standing surgery centers to tighten gaps of outside sales force
* Manage positive relations with clients
* Communicate technical information related to Aspen products
* Analyze customer sales opportunities
* Build relationships with key decision makers
* Act as liaison and single point of contact with customers
* Make dynamic business presentations
* Sell our full lines of medical products offered to new or existing Aspen customers within the United States
* Utilize internal resources, including customer service, product specialists, service and technical support, to effectively present Aspen products to customers
* Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications REQUIRED
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
* Valid Driver's License with no prior suspensions or revocations
* Ability for 50% travel via car or plane
* Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Familiar with surgery procedures and medical terminology
* Experience facilitating dynamic presentations to large groups of leaders
* Excellent oral and written communication skills

PREFERRED
* Creativity to identify sales opportunities
* Must work well independently and leading through complex situations
* At least 1 year of accomplished business to business sales experience
