Role / Title

The Associate Brand Manager, Breakthrough Innovation is responsible for the development and commercialization of new products that will drive large & highly incremental growth for Kraft Heinz. Strategy development, project management expertise, consumer knowledge, business case assessment and influencing skills are essential requirements for this role.

* Identify and validate new breakthrough innovation product opportunities

* Develop concepts and manage new product business analyses

* Lead cross-functional team to develop new product bundles (technology, insights, supply chain, packaging, finance etc.)

* Collaborate with business unit innovation teams to ensure projects are fully aligned to and continue to fit business unit strategy & objectives

* Develop key briefing documents (strategic decks, graphics brief, innovation agency briefs, transition documents etc.)

* Present new products and activities to Senior Management for review

* Manage budget and payment processes to vendors


* Sharp quantitative & critical thinking skills, but knows when to use their marketing gut

* Thrives living in the gray of undefined process & projects, and can drive for clarity

Minimum Qualifications

* MBA preferred

* Experience in Brand Management and/or New Product Development

* 2-3 years CPG marketing

* Experience in Stage Gate models
