JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY This Associate Credentialing Analyst Position Features:
This position is responsible for conducting initial preparation and re-credentialing of customers within established FCRA and company guidelines. Work encompasses the receipt, analysis, and credentialing of forms for audit purposes. Includes contacting customers and sales to obtain missing or accurate re-credentialing documents and the pre notification, order, receipt and scoring of Site Inspections. This position reports to Customer Account Assessment & Policy Manager. Log, maintain and track all credentialing applications for the business unit. Access appropriate tracking tool to log applications and maintain application status based on daily activity - 15%. Analyze organizational credentials including: ? Initial review of application to verify all required sections are completed ? Ensure appropriate documents for requested access have been attached and are accurate/current i.e. business license, articles of incorporation, vendor references, etc - 50%. Conduct initial contact with applicant and coordinate requests for missing or corrected - 25% documents. Complete site inspection pre-notification and order/receive and score site inspection - 10%.
