BASIC PURPOSE: Promote and sell Sports Club memberships. Generate club awareness through direct phone sales; direct sales calls and networking groups. Work closely with sales and marketing team to solicit, sell and confirm business required to meet budgeted sales goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business and buying tendencies; maintain organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up. Perform daily telephone solicitations to new and existing accounts/customers Promote awareness to corporate clients, realtors and relocation companies, new building developments and local Chamber offices through presentations and personal sales calls. Maintain communication/relationship with a local club network as well as other FS hotels to stay informed of current market trends. Maintain a working knowledge of local and regional competition. Create and execute direct sales plan and promote local awareness of the club Conduct tours of property to potential customers/members while informing of all Club/resort services available; entertain customers on property during site inspections, and other member events. Coordinate all sales related activity through the direction of Club Sales Director; negotiate membership contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs. Excellent knowledge of CRM (customer relationship management) account management system to achieve minimum standards, while utilizing CRM as an account/organizational tool. Conduct all sales related interactions with the highest level of professionalism while maintaining specified Four Seasons standards. Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Education: College education required or equivalent experience.
