The Associate Director, Sales Incentives is an expert in Incentive Compensation design, plan management and communication and intimately involved with managing Incentive Plan process, approvals, payroll, reporting, and overall audits. The position requires a Sales Incentives expert and team leader who possesses high business acumen, understands pharmaceutical sales presentations and business writing
*Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement actions required to achieve organizational goals
*Strong analytical & problem solving skills
*Advanced computer & programming skills, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
