Position OverviewPerforms a variety of engineering duties by applying basic engineering techniques and analyses to airport related construction and engineering projects. The Engineer at this level is in a developmental mode, being trained under close supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices, and gaining exposure to Company procedures. Assignment may be to a structured rotational program which would include experience in Project Controls, Procurement, and Construction Management, as well as through several disciplines in Engineering. Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications. Willingness to travel or relocate to project locations is expected. NeedThere is a need for an energetic and versatile Entry Level Engineer to support Parsons' Aviation projects domestically, and possibly internationally. The successful candidate will perform a variety of engineering tasks by applying standard engineering techniques and analyses. Assignments will include drawings & specifications using CAD design, assisting in bid process, estimating, scheduling and submittals review. Qualifications?? A 4-year degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required.?? Demonstrated interest, academic focus and/or internship in aviation, aerospace or related industry?? Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification preferred.?? Willingness to relocate to project locations in the US is required. Willingness to relocate to project locations overseas is highly desirable.
