Regeneron commercializes medicines for eye diseases, high LDL-cholesterol, and a rare inflammatory condition and has product candidates in development in other areas of high unmet medical need, including oncology, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, atopic dermatitis, pain, and infectious diseases. br / br / Summary: br / The Associate Manager, Commercial Systems is a key contributor to the team responsible for providing proactive support to Regeneron's field-based teams and their management specifically in the area of Customer Master Management. The person in this position is critical in helping to ensure that the data within Regeneron's Customer Master fully meets the needs of the business and that the associated policies and processes are effectively implemented and maintained. This position is also critical in driving improvements to data management processes and plays an active role in providing Customer Master support to internal customers. br / br / Job Duties: br / * Assume a lead role in ensuring that the Regeneron Customer Master Data is as up-to-date and as accurate as possible at all times, proactively managing data in, data quality, and data feeds out to both internal and external systems. br / * Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for projects related to data sharing, including with Regeneron alliance partners. br / * Participate in process and functional Customer Master design activities, communicating the needs of the business during design and build, and then actively contributing to test and deployment activities. br / * Continuously monitor the productivity of the Data Integrity Team by verifying data and making suggestions for changes/improvements to existing processes and/or new procedures that might increase efficiency. br / * Liaise with Business Analytics to develop relevant SalesForce.com reporting, customized dashboards and meaningful service level metrics as required. Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed. br / * Proactively help to ensure that Regeneron's Commercial Systems remains best-in-class and that all associated processes reflect continued compliance with all laws and regulations. br / br / Other Duties and Responsibilities: br / * Develop strong relationships with Commercial Management to help ensure full adoption of the systems designed to meet the needs of their business. br / * Work with the Field-based teams to help ensure 100% adoption rates. br / * Ensure that process maps and data interface agreements related to Customer Master are documented accurately and kept current. br / * Collaborate with the appropriate Training groups to deliver pertinent training on a schedule that best serves the needs of the business. br / br / br / Job
