Responsibilities
As the Associate Manager, Digital Brand Marketing, you will enhance the New Balance brand by developing strategies and managing digital programs aimed at raising awareness of, interest in and engagement in New Balance-branded digital marketing experiences across multiple consumer touch points, including Newbalance.com, social networks, mobile applications, online advertising and emerging media opportunities. You will help conceive innovative digital marketing programs, brief third party vendors on concepts, and manage projects through the entire lifecycle. You will partner with team members to conduct user acceptance testing ensuring final experiences meet business requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for the company's social engagement initiatives, including achievement of business objectives, engagement of key stakeholders, identification of opportunities, crafting relevant stories, and management of the budget. You will oversee major digital launches and periodic site content change outs. You will be required to track program performance against key performance indicators, capitalize on learning, and communicate results to the broader marketing team.


Qualifications- Bachelor's degree preferably in business, information technology, and marketing. 5 or more years of digital marketing experience.
- Must be well versed in a variety of business software and social network platforms including:
Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, YouTube, etc.
- Must maintain flexibility and quickly respond and adapt to changing interactive needs due to trends, changes in direction, or late breaking information.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong project and budget management skills.
