The scope of programs handled by this person will include, but is not limited to campaign development and ownership and production for the Pre-notification Mailing Campaign, Annual Notice of Changes, Welcome Kit, ad-hoc client requested or apology mailings. The Associate Manager, Marketing Operations will manage internal and external data and production teams, including Business Process Managers, mail campaign developers, eligibility, product enrollment, reporting, Account Teams and clients to build and execute mailing campaigns that are consistent with the requirements set forth by CMS that also meet all client requirements and needs. Responsibilities: -Provide product oversight of the production aspect of CMS-required campaigns including the Pre-notification, Welcome Kit and ANOC campaigns.-Dictate business requirements and ensure their flawless implementation in accordance to CMS/client requirements. -Responsible for operational details and decisions regarding campaigns such as set-up requirements, package contents, forms code grid matrices, component grids, package tables, volume estimates.-Tracking of mail dates, quantities, identify trends/issues.-Work with PSDM (data pull team) to develop campaigns that are scalable and requirements interchangeable to allow maximum flexibility. -Responsible for development of all client-specific client communications with an emphasis on consistency between pieces and ensuring the appropriate member experience.-Become the SME on production and mail processes as related to these campaigns -Prioritize and maintain project schedules for all mailings to understand status and timing as well as assess and mitigate risks. Update TLA reports to show % completion and update dates as needed. -Spearhead review and approval test proofs, live laser audits and OK to mail packages as needed ?Communicate status and proactively raise risks/issues to management ?Participate in vendor platform enhancement meetings and improvements?Manage cross functional teams (including ECM Production, Account Teams, Communication Leads) to support flawless program execution and enhancements.?Establish SLA?s for cross functional partners and monitor adherence. ?Development and maintenance of any associated SOP?s.?Under 10% Travel

Requirements:
-Bachelor?s degree or higher-Minimum 5 to 7 years program management experience-Experience in data and production management -Strong operations background -Experience in managing cross functional teams-Strong strategic thinker and self-starter-Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills-Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects with many moving pieces concurrently under tight timeframes and extreme pressure-Proven ability to develop internal relationships with other internal partners-Self starter with strong critical thinking skillsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V
