THE ROLE IN BRIEF:
The NASA Member Intelligence Associate role will be an integral part of the firm s execution against our highest value Member events with the firm s largest clients. The Associate will be responsible for logistics of the meetings, background research on attendees, and tracking outcomes. Additionally, the Associate will be responsible for significant upward management of the firm s most senior executives for their parts in these events.
Additional responsibilities include regular interactions with Member executives, internal reporting, and performance against annual scheduling goals.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations and Execution:
- Work with the Managing Partner, NASA Principals and EAs to schedule VIP Days for NASA, EA, and Growth accounts
- Own the VIP Day calendar invitations and updates, manage the VIP Day Requests inbox, triage requests and responses to the team
- Work with Associates and Coordinators of NASA staff, Presenters, and other internal VIP Day attendees to confirm attendance at prep-calls, VIP Days, and debrief calls
- Participate in prep calls to provide insight on logistics/member travel, agenda, and presenter line-up
- Assist in preparing distributing meeting materials, collateral, and custom background research
- Create custom collateral documents as needed
- Work with external vendors in catering, car transportation, hotel, d cor, and restaurants around DC to provide a VIP experience to our top members
- Manage catering and AV staff to prepare VIP Day room

Member-Facing Responsibilities:
- Work directly with members to organize their hotel rooms, ground transportation, and any special requests
- Meet VIP Day members upon their arrival to our offices and serve as direct point of contact for their needs throughout the VIP Day
- Elevate the member s experience in the DC office to VIP level by taking note of unique needs and providing unparalleled customer service throughout their time in our office and beyond

Commercialization:
- Schedule post-VIP Day check points including debrief call and 30 day post mortem
- Maintain an updated tracker for regular executive reporting
- Participate in debrief calls and keep minutes of call

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Excellent academic record
- Demonstrated attention to detail; specifically regarding itineraries or schedules
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in event planning
- Proven experience excelling under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated ability to apply creative approaches to problem solving
- Experience interacting with senior executives
- Demonstrated success improving processes
