Jackson Lewis LLP is a nationwide law firm dedicated to representing management exclusively in workplace law and related litigation. With 48 offices and almost 700 attorneys, Jackson Lewis is seeking an Associate for the Omaha office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle and assist in defense of litigation, agency charges, unfair labor practice charges and a broad range of employment related issues, as well as provide advice and counsel on workplace law issues.
• Represent employers of all sizes, both public and private
• Conduct client training

Skills and Educational Requirements:
• JD from Accredited Law School
• 1 to 4 Years of Employment Experience
• Understanding of current agency (State & Federal) procedures
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
