Aon Is Looking For An Associate Partner



As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Strategic Advisory business group within Aon Hewitt in Chicago, Lincolnshire, New York, Newport Beach or San Francisco. As an Associate Partner, you will report directly to a Partner and manage teams of consultants on an engagement basis.



YOUR IMPACT AS AN ASSOCIATE PARTNER



A Strategic Advisory Associate Partner will lead teams that provide innovative and effective solutions for clients engaging in large and small scale change events (e.g., global M&A transactions and business transformations). The Associate Partner is a senior-level consulting professional with advanced knowledge in a multiplicity of business and HR fields (e.g., compensation and benefits, workforce restructuring, HR operations) as well as knowledge and experience managing small to large scale projects. The Associate Partner may provide thought leadership at a regional or specialty level. The Associate Partner possesses a strong knowledge of Aon's core businesses and contributes to and leads where appropriate business development initiatives to drive Aon's Strategic Alliance and Transaction Solutions (ASATS) growth. The Associate Partner maintains executive-level relationships and is a trusted point of contact with some of Aon's most important clients. The incumbent is responsible to organize and deliver a variety of human capital and business transformation services as a part of Aon's largest and most complex transactions / projects and responsible for significant business and/or large groups of individuals. The Associate Partner will be expected to support selling activities as well.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise



Required Experience:

* 10+ years' large scale consultative global merger and acquisition experience

* Previous experience with compensation or talent alignment preferred

* Ability to travel 60% of the time to client's location



Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or other related field. Master s degree preferred.
