Job Description

Jackson Lewis LLP is a nationwide law firm dedicated to representing management exclusively in workplace law and related litigation. With 48 offices and almost 700 attorneys, Jackson Lewis is seeking an Associate for the Philadelphia office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling employment litigation, EEOC and PHRC Complaints
• Provide advice and counseling to Advise employers on a wide range of employment laws and workplace issues

Skills and Educational Requirements:
• JD from Accredited Law School
• 3 to 5 years if experience
• PA Bar Admission
• Understanding of current agency (state & federal) procedures
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to work in a fast paced busy environment
