Associate Recruiter

Description:

Primary Insight is a leading provider of access to a diverse, global network of experts across all industry sectors. The Recruiter will be responsible for assisting the Recruiting Team with all of Primary Insight s global marketing. In this role, the Recruiting position will explore resources and networking opportunities for growing the expert database, acquiring new experts.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with prospective experts and acquiring them to join the expert network with client service managers.
Must have good communication skills on the phone and good writing skills for communication via email.
Acquire experts from industries across the world including technology, healthcare, mining, consumer services and many more.
Looking for a prompt person ready to work
Must be comfortable using research tools such as job boards and internet searches to acquire experts


Experience:

Excellent writing skill
Excellent research skills
Vital need to communicate well with potential experts on the phone/email
Demonstrated familiarity with databases, conferences, mailing lists, professional associations and other resources with expert members
Resourceful in identifying non-traditional approaches of marketing for financial services
Proven successes in multi-tasking, managing concurrent projects, and working under tight time constraints
