Essential Functions: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant and Bar. Works in conjunction with (Restaurant Ownership, Hotel General Manager) to ensure the delivery of the concept for the Restaurant, Lounge and Bar. Responsible for delivering the service and quality standards established for the Restaurant, Lounge/Bar. Provides support to guests and associates regarding menus and general F&B. Has solid knowledge of Food and Wine. Partners with Human Resources in the selection, training and development of the F&B associates. Partners with Financial Services in the financial side of the operational costs for F&B. Provides an issue free work environment through motivation, support, empowerment and development for all personnel. Provides constructive and consistent coaching, counseling and direction to the Restaurant, Lounge and Bar personnel. Manages group or interpersonal conflict situations effectively.
