The Office, comprised of 25 attorneys, is a full service law department providing legal services to Partners HealthCare and its affiliates. Partners OGC is actively seeking to increase the diversity of its staff.
Attorney will handle internal and external investigations and participate in related compliance efforts in the areas of data privacy, fraud and abuse, Medicare and Medicaid billing, research compliance, and general regulatory matters.
Eight to ten years experience
Relevant experience in the office of a U.S. Attorney or Attorney General is required, as are strong academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills.
Additional relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department representing large organizations is preferred.
